Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your Vanessa Penelope item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn and in its original packaging. We will not accept any jewellery that has been worn, altered or damaged. This excludes custom orders / Bespoke items; all custom orders/Bespoke, which includes pieces with personalization are FINAL SALE. 

To begin the return process, you can contact us at info@vanessapenelope.com. If your return is accepted after careful review, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to successfully send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent without receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted. Bespoke items are not refundable or returnable due to their personalized nature.
